- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

- You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days of delivery

- Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us

- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.
